Preparations are well under way for the 3nd annual Ballinamore Free Fringe Fest. This years festival takes place on the 22nd, 23rd, 24th & 25th August. With interest from acts from all over the country and abroad, this year is shaping nicely (see our Line-Up to date).
We have now reached our quota of bands for this year but we are still accepting applications from solo/small acoustic acts. All other performing Artists are also still welcome to apply. To perform at this years festival please email us at freefringefest@gmail.com or use the Contact Us section of our website (Please quote 'Application 3013 - Name of act' in the subject section of your email). Please include in your application:
1) Contact name & number
2)Name of act
3)Where your act is from (County or Country)
4)How many members in your act
5)What your act is and or Your style i.e of music etc
6)Links to you Facebook, Soundcloud pages, YouTube channel etc
7)What date/dates you would like to perform
Volunteers Wanted
We are looking for volunteers to help at this years festival. Volunteers with First Aid Training, a catering background & a sound engineering background are required, however we also require volunteers to help with organising acts & assisting visitors etc. If you would like to volunteer to help out at this years festival please contact us now at freefringefest@gmail.com or use the Contact us section of our website.
Competition
We, in association with Siege Studios, Athlone are giving one music act from this years line-up a 2 day recording voucher for Siege Studios. Who gets the prize is up to you! This competition is running on our facebook page, so please click here and vote for your favorite music act from this years line-up.
